Simplicity
The more I work, the more I have come to believe that the simplest answer tends to be the correct one. That is not the same as the easiest answer. Sometimes the simplest answer is the hardest one to do.
In order to come by the simplest answer, one needs to do the right research and to let go of bias and assumptions. This can be difficult, especially if you feel close to the work. Having simple-to-use frameworks and the occasional outside viewpoint can go a long way towards a solution that works for everyone.
